Hizb ut Tahrir America Conference Live Now Online

Watch Hizb ut Tahrir America's conference in Chicago live now. The topic is restoring the Khalifah, or caliphate. HuT is banned in several countries as a terrorist group, but operates openly in the U.S. as an Islamist political group.

al Qaeda military leader Kashmiri killed by the thing that angered him most...a U.S. drone

al Qaeda military leader Ilyas Kashmiri

Mumbai attack plotter, Lashkar-e-Taiba  operative and U.S. citizen David Coleman Headley told a federal court in Chicago a few days ago that al Qaeda military commander Ilyas Kashmiri wanted him to gather information on the CEO of Lockheed Martin to support an assassination attempt.  Headley said Lockheed was singled out because of frustration with relentless drone attacks by the U.S. that were interfering with al Qaeda operations on the border.

Our response?

Ilyas Kashmiri, targeted and killed today by a U.S. drone strike.

Now, to the failed cyber attack against Lockheed Martin on 21 May. Could this also be the work of al Qaeda, per direction of Kashmiri?  If so, this could be the first illustration of their technology and capabilities.  Attackers typically expose their flank in these situations, so we might be able to pinpoint the origin and perpetrators.
